What are the most immediate needs to support your organization?

We offer all of our weekly Optimal Living programs to cancer survivors and caregivers free of charge. These evidence-based classes—such as yoga, total training, meditation, cooking + nutrition, indoor cycling, Kinstretch, Urban Pole Walking, and Row + Renew—are led by licensed, professionally trained instructors. Research shows that regular participation in these programs leads to significantly improved health outcomes, which can decrease the risk of an initial cancer diagnosis or a recurrence. With cancer rates continuing to rise in Iowa, caring for the whole person— mind, body, and spirit—has never been more important. Our programs create a supportive space for survivors and caregivers to strengthen resilience, restore balance, and nurture overall well-being. The cost of these invaluable and impactful programs is completely covered by philanthropic gifts.
