What are the most immediate needs to support your organization?
Each year, supporters donate more than 60,000 pieces of clothing and accessories, ensuring women have access to the attire they need for career advancement. This generosity is an asset and allows us to focus resources on helping women build lasting economic mobility.
Our most immediate need is financial investment to support a growing team and programming that prepares women for the workplace of the future. Flexible financial support allows us to invest in the staff, technology, transportation and programming necessary to meet women where they are today and prepare them for what comes next.
