Key Services Provided
Oakridge Neighborhood is unique in providing an important safety net for Iowa families in need through stable, affordable housing combined with impactful family-centered social services, including workforce development and financial literacy; highly-rated childcare and early learning; and robust youth engagement through our 21st Century afterschool program and Teen Tech Center.
Key Audiences Served
Oakridge Neighborhood services are welcoming to anyone. Of those who reside at the apartment homes, nearly 50% are children under the age of 18. The average household income of Oakridge Neighborhood’s 800 residents is $21,261.
