Key Services Provided
Oakridge Neighborhood is unique in providing an important safety net for Iowa families through stable, affordable housing combined with impactful family-centered social services, including workforce development and financial literacy; highly rated childcare and preschool; and robust youth engagement through our 21st Century after-school program and Oak Studio Teen Tech Center.
Key Audiences Served
Oakridge Neighborhood services are open to all. Of those who reside at our apartment homes, nearly 50% are children under the age of 18. The average household income of Oakridge Neighborhood’s 800 residents is $23,724.
