Mission

Key Services Provided
On With Life provides comprehensive rehabilitation and support for individuals each year living with brain injury and other neurological conditions. Through personalized, interdisciplinary care across seven programs, we help individuals regain independence, reconnect with their communities and move forward with life.
Key Audiences Served
On With Life serves people recovering from brain injury, stroke, concussion, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injury and other neurological conditions, from intensive rehabilitation to long-term care, outpatient services, adult day programming and return-to-work support. We also walk alongside families and caregivers, providing resources, support and hope throughout the journey.
